At Inspire Life Care we employ qualified and experienced staff. We assess each person’s suitability for this type of work through our rigorous recruitment and induction process which includes screening, verification of qualifications and experience and a detailed induction and orientation program.

Staff are required to undergo criminal record checks and when necessary, Working with Children Checks.

All of our staff are trained in the NDIS Worker Orientation Module and in COVID-19 Infection Control. At Inspire Life Care our staff are required to undertake additional training and professional development.
